About me

Organised, attentive, always reliable.

Portrait of Carolina Sarfatis

I support busy people so they can focus on their real work. I manage calendars, take minutes, prepare documents, and handle travel, visas and billing, always discreetly and on time.

I also bring solid experience in client relations and customer support, from reception desks to international service teams.

I trained in Switzerland with a three-year business apprenticeship at KPMG and Geneva University Hospitals, and then supported teams at CERN, among them the President of the CERN Council. Earlier in my career, I took on my first leadership role as a customer service team leader, coaching and supporting my team.

I would now love to bring my experience to a new assistant role. I follow the news daily, especially in technology, and I make learning part of my everyday work. I enjoy discovering new tools, AI included, and I adapt with ease to teams that work with or without them.

AI in my work

AI drafts. I decide.

I use AI as a helpful colleague: it drafts, sorts and summarises, and I bring the judgment, the care and the human touch.

I built this website and my own AI assistants with AI tools.

In practice

How I work with AI

  • Designing AI agents and automated workflows
  • Writing and refining prompts for reliable results
  • Data analysis, reporting and dashboards

Hands-on

This website

I built this digital CV by directing Claude, an AI assistant: choosing the design, writing the content and reviewing every detail.

Curious by nature.

Responsible use

Confidentiality comes first

My IBM course covered AI ethics: privacy, fairness and being open about when AI is used. In practice:

  • I never put confidential or personal information into an AI tool without my employer's approval.
  • I follow each company's own rules on AI, and I work just as well without it.
  • I check everything AI writes before it goes out. The final word is always mine.
